A: Begin by fully removing the magnet from its packaging. Apply the state decal to the non-logo side of the magnet. Then, clean the metallic bumper or car panel where the magnet will be applied. Finally, attach the HOV Mags to your car, ensuring a secure connection.
Q: What cars are confirmed to be compatible with HOV Mags?
A: Our magnets are suitable for a variety of electric vehicles, including but not limited to Tesla Model Y and Model 3, Polestar 2, Audi etron, Ford Mach-E, Volvo XC, Hyundai Ioniq, Rivian R1T, VW ID4, Ford Lightning, Kia Niro, and Toyota Mirai. They're also compatible with the rear part of BMW i4, Mercedes EQS SUV, and Volvo V60, among others. Unfortunately, they won't fit the Tesla Model X and Model S, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Lucid Air, or the Porche Taycan. If your vehicle isn't listed, please don't hesitate to contact us for inquiries about other models!
Q: Are there any compatibility concerns with HOV Mags?
A: Yes, compatibility mostly depends on whether your car model has magnetic panels. Modern exterior car panels are often made of aluminum or plastic to save weight and increase fuel efficiency, and these are not magnetic. Steel panels are. You can use a fridge magnet to test whether your magnet will stick to your car. Please check your car before purchasing.

A: HOV Mags are designed to work with stickers from 2018 to 2023. Be sure to choose the correct magnet set and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions!
